Upper Lobby

The Upper Lobby is a spacious area located near the Multifunctional Hall. Due to its length and proximity to the Multifunctional Hall, it is frequently used as an additional space for exhibitions, fairs, and entertainment events. On the same level are coat rooms, bathrooms, a direct passage to the Auditorium Foyer, and stairs to the conference rooms.
