Property Forum: Idea for the City is an event accompanying 4 Design Days
Property Forum: Idea for the City is a unique meeting of leaders from the real estate market, local government and business, dedicated to the future of Polish cities. Developers, investors, architects, advisors and representatives of public administration will meet to answer the question: how to build cities that truly shape the future?
In times of dynamic economic and geopolitical change, Polish cities are looking for new specialisations – they want to attract business, talent and investment, develop in a sustainable way and create liveable spaces.
During the opening session, ‘The city that builds the future’, participants will discuss what will become the new engine of development – and what role developers, investors and local government leaders will play in this.
In the panel “Developers as co-creators of cities”, we will talk about how to move from a project to a complete ecosystem in which residential, economic and infrastructure investments create a coherent urban fabric.
A special place will be given to Silesia – a region that is redefining its economic identity. In two parts of the series, ‘Silesia. An idea for a region’ and ‘Silesia. An idea for a city,’ participants will learn about examples of the transformation of post-industrial areas, local specialisations and investments that attract new talent and technologies.
During the debate entitled ‘The Decalogue: City × Developer’, market leaders will tackle ten key questions about the future of urbanisation: from land availability and mobility to revitalisation, quality of life and the energy of cities.
There will also be discussions about new formats of commercial investments – flexible offices, mixed-use projects, warehouses for nearshoring and the growing role of regional cities.
Property Forum: Idea for the City – this is where visions, decisions and people who really shape the future of Polish cities meet.
