
The KATOWICE DINNER CLUB is an original project featuring pop-up culinary evenings (Vesper Silesia) held at the International Congress Center, co-created with the event catering company Planeta, led by chef Marek Furczyk. It’s an experience designed for unique encounters and emotions that stimulate the senses. We combine extraordinary venues, the talents of culinary virtuosos, and art.
CONCEPT:
MOUTH: A tasting menu featuring a fresh take on cuisine, paired with a selection of beverages tailored to each dish.
EYES: Meticulous attention to presentation on the plates.
EARS: A dinner with commentary, accompanied by intimate conversations at the table.
A team of over ten outstanding chefs—who normally work in the finest restaurants—come together for one evening to prepare an elegant dinner for guests of the Katowice Culinary Club. The master of ceremonies and creator of the menu is always one lead chef, under whose guidance the others work.
