konferencja.jpeg

The European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) Congress is organized for the first time in Poland. The organizers received over 1,600 applications from psychologists, not only from Europe. During numerous oral presentations, poster sessions, thematic symposiums, discussion panels, demonstrations of practical solutions and methods, as well as speeches by keynote and invited speakers, the latest knowledge in the field of work psychology, organization, and business will be presented.

The theme of the congress, "The Future is Now: the changing world of work" encourages reflection on topics such as new technologies in the workplace and psychological research; social identification and its importance in the organization; stereotypes and their influence on our behavior; decent work, pay and sustainable living; war as a challenge for psychologists; sustainable careers; a new talent management paradigm; organizational practices based on scientific evidence or effective prevention of mobbing and harassment in the workplace.

Occupational and organizational psychologists are most common participants of the Congress, but the invitation to take part was also addressed to specialists in the field of human capital management. Abstract submissions are no longer accepted, but it is possible to attend the Congress without your own presentation.
