EUROPEAN ECONOMIC CONGRESS 2023

Preparations ahead of the next session of the largest business event of Central Europe are already underway. Please save the date and join us today. The 15th European Economic Congress (EEC) will take place on 24-26 April 2023 at the International Congress Centre in Katowice.

Starting in the fall, the 15th European Economic Congress will be preceded by a special campaign and a perfect opportunity to join in as partner. The campaign will consist of a series of events and publications covering a wide spectrum of economic issues, and an important milestone in the lead-up to the EEC will be laid by a debate entitled EEC Trends.

The campaign will include a variety of events and activities spread over a period of several months, ranging from debates and discussions, through reports and talks about the trends that shape our nearest future, culminating in a wrap-up debate in Katowice, which will take three days and cover a range of different themes.

The agenda of the 15th European Economic Congress will address the key themes, trends and tendencies that shape economic prospects in the current dynamic and difficult geopolitical and macroeconomic environment.

The economy is facing difficult times in Europe and across the globe. Well-informed and responsible entities are already bracing up for different scenarios that include a possible economic slowdown or even recession. The coming political, economic and energy crises may test our resilience but also provide an impulse for difficult but necessary, long-lasting changes that may pay off in the long run.

We will talk about the tasks, problems and challenges ahead during various events, meetings and debates organised within the framework of the EEC campaign and the April wrap-up debate in Katowice.

The most important insights and ideas are born in the process of interaction. We would like to encourage you, once again, to join the preparations ahead of the next Congress.
